Introduction
Developing an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is a critical step for startups to enter the market quickly and gather user feedback. However, should you opt for an internal team or an external agency during this process? The needs and budget of your project will determine the answer to this question. Internal teams show deep commitment to the project, while external agencies offer a wide range of expertise. Conducting a detailed analysis to understand which option is more advantageous for you is essential.
What is MVP and Why is it Important?
An MVP is a prototype that carries the essential features of a product or service but is not a fully developed version. Its primary goal is to enable users to interact with the product and guide its development based on the feedback received. As of 2026, it is reported that 60% of startups prefer to use internal teams in the MVP development process. This highlights the importance of integration and continuous communication provided by internal teams.
