Information we collect

Account and workspace data:

• Email address and name when you sign up
• Workspace, project, and team membership details
• Feedback notes, comments, assignments, and status
• Optional file attachments (stored on Cloudflare R2)
• Device push token for desktop notifications (if enabled)

How we use data

Data is used only to provide Pinpoint, manage team feedback workflows, maintain security, and offer support. We do not sell or rent your data for advertising profiling.

• Cloudflare R2 — attachment storage
• Render — API hosting

Retention and deletion

Notes and projects are kept until deleted. When a workspace owner deletes a workspace, related data is removed. Contact us for access or deletion requests.
