Information we collect

We collect as little data as possible:

• Device / support identifier: A device-specific identifier for purchase restoration, subscription status, optional notifications, and support. It is not combined with a name, email, or other direct identity.
• Purchase and subscription verification: When you buy or restore a one-time pack or subscription, transaction-related data is sent to our servers so we can verify with Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) and unlock content on your device. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Subscription / notification offer screens (optional): To limit repeated offers on the same device, we may store limited events with the device identifier (for example viewed, skipped, subscribed, app launch count). We do not use this for marketing profiles.
• Feedback (optional): If you submit a rating and comment, we store that content along with locale, platform, and device identifier.
• Push notifications (optional): If you enable notifications, the app may register a push token with our servers. We use it only for updates you opt into (for example new templates). Delivery may use Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging and Expo push infrastructure as technically required.
• Photo library / camera / microphone: Used only with your permission to pick a banner background, read text from a photo on device, record video with sound, or save GIF/MP4/image exports to your gallery.
• Template catalog: Template lists and previews may be downloaded from our servers and cached on your device for offline use. Your banner text and photos are not sent with these requests.

Banner sharing (optional)

If you choose to transfer a banner design to another device via QR code or short code, design data (text layers, drawings, images, and other banner content) is temporarily uploaded to our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). This is not a public social network or profile; it is only so someone with the share link or code can import the design.

• Data processed may include: session identifiers, access key or short code, banner name, and the design file (banner document).
• We use this information only to complete the share and import on the recipient device; we do not use it for marketing or profiling.
• Share records are automatically deleted from our servers after about 7 days; we do not create a permanent public feed.

Smart features (on-device processing)

Optional smart features such as photo-to-banner and description-to-banner are processed entirely on your device. Your photos and banner text are not sent to our servers for these features. When Apple Intelligence is used, processing happens via Apple’s on-device model; we do not use third-party AI services. On unsupported devices, rule-based / preset suggestions are used instead. The full LED editor works without these features.

Local storage

Your banner designs, message playlists, language, and similar app preferences are stored on your device by default. No account is required.

Third-party analytics

No. Ledloom does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not collect data for advertising or behavioral analytics through analytics providers.

Third-party advertising

No. The app does not show third-party ads and does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs.

How we use information

We use the information above only to:

• verify and restore purchases and subscriptions
• serve the template catalog
• limit repeated subscription or notification offers per device
• deliver optional notifications
• start optional banner sharing and import via code or link
• review feedback
• respond to support requests you initiate

Cross-app or cross-site tracking

We do not sell your data. We do not use it to run ads or build behavioral profiles across other companies’ apps or sites.

Third-party services (infrastructure)

Services needed to operate the app:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: distribution and payment processing
• Expo: the app is built with the Expo framework. Production builds run on your device like other native apps. For optional push notifications, push tokens may be processed by Expo’s systems as needed for delivery. See https://expo.dev/privacy
• Apple (on-device): optional Apple Vision (text recognition) and Apple Intelligence; photos and banner text are not uploaded to our servers

Data storage and sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share data with service providers when needed to operate the app (for example Apple/Google for payments, and infrastructure used for push delivery as described above), not for third-party advertising. Retention periods in summary:

• Banner share sessions: about 7 days (automatically deleted when expired).
• Purchase and subscription records: as long as needed for access and restore on your device.
• Feedback: a reasonable period for support and product improvement; can be deleted on request.
• Push token: removed when you turn off notifications or it is no longer needed.
